We are an International stakeholder and communications partnership specialising in major projects based in the
Cardiff , Madrid and Johannesburg.

We work to promote specific projects and help them become a reality. We want companies, organisations and individuals to thrive with the values of human consciousness and the promotion of good in the World.

Global Communication and dialogue with listening are essential ingredients in working to have a redefined world. We aim to ”redefine thinking “, and redefine ways and projects so there is a different approach. This change is not easy and often involves the promotion of key messages with multiple partners, particularly where there is a need for joined up thinking and clear transfer of complex messages.

We have a passion for different cultures and ways of looking at solutions from anew.

We are presenting bursaries to people who are showing great potential in becoming leaders of the future. The first bursary in 2021 will be awarded to Emma Popham who is currently studying for MPhil in Planning, Growth and Regeneration at the University of Cambridge.

The Redefined Partnership worked with Planners RPS and Dublin and London based developers Elgin Energy on the Wauntysswg Solar Farm near Tredegar, South Wales.
Môn Solar in North Anglesey - March 2021
Redefined have been working with Lightsource bp, a leading solar development company to build a new solar farm for clean renewable energy to power 133,106 homes, saving 167,556 tonnes of carbon emissions per year .

Prof. Roy J Thomas

Principal

Roy is well known for planning, strategic direction, implementing policy with key performance indicators and gaining business, community, national and political support for projects mainly in economic development, health and the environment.

He has won Chartered Institute of Public Relations Awards for his work on organ donation and human transplantation.

A Law graduate from Cardiff University he studied at Guildford Law School and practised corporate /commercial law for over 20 years – he trained in the City of London with leading UK City firms Jaques & Lewis (now Eversheds) and Simmons & Simmons and was In-house Counsel at a leading economic development agency for 9 years.

ANDREA YOKO

EXECUTIVE PARTNER - SPAIN

Andrea Yoko has directed, written and produced for advertising, movies and journalism. She is a film technician, an advertiser and a philosopher. What truly matters to her is to create awareness.

Photography taught her to capture real stories. Design, to keep it simple. Cinema to describe beauty. Advertising, to sensitize in a certain direction. Philosophy and journalism, to get in through the back door. 

She has co-founded the creative studio “Mister Goggin”, the production company “Outer Pictures” doing research focused on social issues through filmmaking and the art foundation “Fanny Gonmar” which aim is to help people giving access to culture and arts.   

Veronica Modieleng

Executive Partner - africa

Veronica Modieleng was awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the year in the 2018 at the Dynamic Ladies Awards. She was also awarded the Economic Development and Services Award at the 2018 Gauteng Premier Youth Excellence Awards.As a business owner at Veromo  Enterprise and DBill PTY LTD, Veronica advocates for Youth development and Smart Education.


She believes that sharing knowledge is very powerful and critical for small business development. She organises corporate events. Her expertise in PR helps her to promote and bring awareness to matters that affect youth owned business.  Modieleng is also an ambassador for the Thuma Foundation, 4IR and chief PR at Hadithi ya Africa. Her desire is to assist South African youths to get quality education, have business experience and necessary digital skill before they finish high school.
